Your Role: You will be responsible for directing the business with the objective of providing maximum operational growth and profit. Establishing current and long-range objectives, plans and policies subject to the approval of the Board of Directors; and representing the company to its major stakeholders and members. Primary duties and responsibilities will include planning, marketing & business development, product & service development, financial operations and communications for the Cluster of Restaurants.
10+ years’ experience in Hospitality/Entertainment/Leisure/Luxury restaurants.
A demonstrated track record of growth.
Specifically, targeting qualified candidates who have assisted growing companies from the ground-up
Experience in dealing with a highly entrepreneurial and autonomous operating company culture is essential.
Full P&L responsibility
Strong command of vendor performance management and contract negotiation & administration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexible and responsive to change
Excellent written and oral communication skills
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Background in the entertainment, leisure, fitness or retail services industry highly preferred
outgoing strategic thinker who enjoys leading teams
