The role requires quality marketing and trade execution skills. You would manage a team of Brand Managers and trade marketers across the MENA region. You would work on developing and executing brand growth strategies locally and across multiple geographies, 360 Brand Communications, Strategic and operational marketing, Innovation & New Product Development. Ability to influence the remote teams on the category strategy based on market insights and needs is essential. Development of the overall Brand and Marketing strategies to achieve set Brand Health and Market Share targets. Manage overall Marketing Budget and continuously realign marketing investments and improve efficiencies, Conduct consumer research and generate market intelligence to inform product and communication development. The leadership of local marketing/commercial teams to deliver results, and complex, matrix-based multicultural teams in marketing operation to align teams on interesting vision and strategy. You would also head cross-functional teams across the region for strategic projects.
Your resumes should reflect.....Positive effects in Business growth, Strategic brand positioning & strategy / Brand Building, P&L management, innovative NPD programmes, entry into new markets etc. Preference is for candidates who have worked on smaller brands and brought them into the forefront as revenue accelerators. Experience in business turnaround would be a must-have.
What is a Must-Have for the role 13- 15 years of quality marketing experience with preferably a stint in shopper marketing as well. Position open to candidates based out of the Middle East as well. This position is challenging and exciting as you will be the custodian of a huge category. All eyes are going to be on you! The incumbent must further strengthen and push innovation for the category within developed markets and tailor strategies to bank on the emerging markets. Based at the regional hub - Dubai, you will generate the annual glide path while also formulating a strong three-year plan for all the markets.
