Other than the functional competencies you would have acquired in your stints as a Modern Trade / traditional trade expert, trade marketing expert, category management and sales capability ...you need to be a Strategic thinker who has a drive for results, Above average in understanding P&L proficiency, cash flow, balance sheet and very strong influencing skills which will be put to the test in markets where there is inertia.
