|Job Description||Our Client: A reputed regional player in the region known for their brands and empowered culture is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager.|
Your Role: You will be responsible for managing accounts in the GCC countries. You should be an astute professional who has not only had tactical experience in managing key accounts but has played a key role in evolving key account strategy, developing a framework, cascading the same, identifying business opportunities to benefit both client and retailer. Lead the key account negotiation, draw upon the global best practice pool of the organization, makes recommendations relevant to market needs; own the ROI on the spend. Work cross functionally to not only deliver on the business plans but also impart ensure that you are close to the retail reality of the market.
Must Have: You must be a great negotiator, numerically and commercially agile, high analytic skills, demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationships. Be dynamic, innovative, and driven. 5 to 8 years mix of key account customer, trade marketing and organizational development experience of which at least 5 years should be in managing the key account customers. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence based on data and facts.
