Your Role: Your key objective will be to engage, build and maintain new relationships. You draw great satisfaction from managing, training, supporting and developing your team. Ensure high level standard of customer service to maintain relationship with your client and customers. Overlook all the aspects of catering such as managing the budget, estimations and proposals, coordinating with other teams, delivery etc. Should follow and adapt the market trends for achieving the company objectives, sales and revenues for which responsible. Experience in banquet and events managements. Responsible for hiring, training and supervising the catering staff and managing the clients' complaints procedure.
Mush Haves: Essential good standard of education, preferably Bachelor’s Degree. Successful background in managing catering operations in UAE with 5+ years of experience. Excellent management experience with ability to display a real passion for food and customer service. Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan ahead and negotiation skills. Must be able to deal with stress and must have excellent time management skills. Knowledgeable about Food Safety Management System.
