Job Description

Our Client: A leading fashion retail organisation in Saudi is looking for a Supply Chain Manager.

Your Role: Manage the entire supply chain, logistics and warehouse for the company. Set the Supply Chain yearly budget in collaboration with department heads. Lead Systems audit for the Supply Chain by ensuring audit plans are in place . Set & agree goals & targets for the Supply Chain & ensure yearly action plans are in place, oversee implementation & measure performance to deliver on Supply Chain KPIs. Ensure that service level agreements are in place between the supply chain & all key internal customers by leading development of SLAs, ensuring they are signed & monitoring compliance throughout the Supply Chain. Ensure plans are in place to address capability issues which could be either around resources or process. Coach and manage a team to be able to deliver to business objectives. Ensure proper and healthy stock levels of CRT, WMS and finished products, negotiate better terms and prices with current and future supplier to ensure that we get the highest quality products and the best prices and report on-time and in-full.

Must Haves:
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a similar function with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or procurement.
Experience in Fashion Retail is a must
Has an In-depth knowledge of supply & service contracts, logistics operations with Global Trade Management, and overall supply chain processes with a proven track record of cost savings, avoidance, and return on spend.Proven capability to negotiate supplier contracts.
High energy individual showing enthusiasm for continuous process improvements and the ability to motivate others.
