Our Client: A leading organization in the fast moving consumer good segment and with a healthy portfolio of luxury retail as well are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the business unit.
Your Role: An exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and experienced professional from the personal care, cosmetics segment. Leading the business unit you would be responsible for defining the overall sales strategy, increasing the market share through identifying gaps, ensuring that the team is delivering at a higher level with the key accounts. Monitor the country performance against the targets, be accountable for the complete P&L, Drive the KPIs, set and drive plans to improve margins, lead negotiations with principals and major retail chains.
Managing a large team you need to demonstrate good leadership and ability to deliver to the overall business strategy. Expected to bring a solid Commercial & Operational play-book from a global organization, the right individual will be tasked with delivering commercial excellence & improvement as well as operational savvy; the ability to drive transformation, enhance the Strategic & operational planning as well have direct accountability for the trade marketing and business development .You would also lead the agenda on revenue growth management and the capability agenda.
Must Have: 15+ years of holistic experience in the fmcg/cosmetics segment. Financial acumen with success stories in driving top-line sales, innate ability to lead others through the change-curve, developing collaborative relationships with others.
Intellectual agility to identify opportunities and an insatiable "growth monster".
Present or prior Saudi experience is a must have. Preference for Saudi Nationals.
