Our Client: A regional player in the advertising world is looking for a dynamic professional for their business development in the UAE.
Your Role: Responsible for the growth of the agency business by implementing new and effective strategies. Lead on growing the agency's roster of clients and potential business opportunities as well as services upselling. Responsible for pitches and agency registration with all potential clients. Manage and update the agency's portfolio. Monitor and track the research of new business propositions, clients, industry shifts, and competition. Track and report on industry trends and news to ensure the agency remains on the pulse of market and continues to offer value within the industry
Must-Have: Minimum of 3 years of agency experience in Business Development and/or Account Management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A proven business development background, with BTL agencies and with a strong network of contacts. Self-starter mentality, and with experience leading tasks independently. UAE Driving License is a must
