Our Client: Our client is a leading retail company.
Your Role: Must ensure that employees reporting to him are trained, monitored and motivated regarding their goals and professionally deliver their role requirements. Responsible for identifying customers' requirements and maximizing the sales of that category product. Be aware of latest trends and competitors in the market to be able to strategize the products and target relevant customers. Identify and execute strategies to maximize channel presence and strengthen the brand positioning in the market. Increase category market share as well as category revenue growth by managing sales pricing margins and develop promotional activities. Store visits to identify and implement any corrective measures regarding the stock levels and availability of the category products. Managing KPIs.
Must Have: 7+ years of experience in retail with relevant Bachelor's Degree in Business. Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English. Experience and knowledge of working in Saudi Arabia is preferable. Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are must. Strong knowledge of MS Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is must.
