Our Client: Our client is a leading retail company.
Your Role: Must ensure that employees reporting to him are trained, monitored and motivated regarding their goals and professionally deliver their role requirements. Responsible for identifying customers' requirements and maximizing the sales of that category product. Be aware of latest trends and competitors in the market to be able to strategize the products and target relevant customers. Identify and execute strategies to maximize channel presence and strengthen the brand positioning in the market. Develop and improve customer management processes. Responsible for contract management and growing the market share.
Must Have: 3-7 years of experience with relevant Bachelor's Degree in Business. Must have experience in Key Accounts and Pharmacy channels. Communicate fluently in both Arabic and English. Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are must. Strong knowledge of MS Applications is must. Only Saudi Nationals will be considered.
