Our Client: A leading FMCG company in the region.
Your Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role would be primarily responsible for leading the development of all online and digital channels. Plan and add new categories/products to develop, deliver & enhance daily operations and customer shopping experience. Develop business with aggregators and key accounts online channels. Explore platforms and add-on solutions. Manage ongoing sales & visitation analysis and reporting. Work closely with the Marketing team to design and manage yearly plan to optimize campaign integration, e-merchandising, platform roll-out and customer journey through insights. Should be able to maintain good relationship with key account channel. Perform sales analysis, competition monitoring and promo planning.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in a related field, E-commerce or Marketing. Atleast 6-8years of relevant experience in an E-commerce/Marketplace/On-line retail environment with a deep understanding of website management. Flexible and creative approach towards work and adapt quickly to the fast-changing environments. Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Team management skills. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be added advantage.
