Your Role: Understand the brand strategies, performance indicators, market trends and manage brands on content strategy & consumer communication. Develop direct marketing efforts to increase the value, visibility and performance of the brands. He or she will be responsible for the dedicated brand portfolio. Ensure a cross-functional and integrated approach to the company’s marketing activity. Manage and come up with innovative, compelling digital marketing concepts to develop and implement digital brand marketing campaigns and activities in close collaboration with the brand team. Overlook content development, promotional and merchandising activities. Manage your team to drive for excellence.
Must Haves: The role requires at least 6 years of combined experience within the space of marketing, brand management or digital marketing in a consumer industry ideally from an MNC or a large regional organization.
Experience in using consumer segmentation and understanding of CRM.
Experience in developing and deploying commercial initiatives on a market level.
Knowledge of consumer goods or consumer electronics industry, omni-channel marketing, consumer experience approach is good to have.
People management and stakeholder management experience, leading teams and business partners. Experience in using digital tools. Prior experience in managing diverse teams is an asset.
