Our client: A leading organization in the automotive industry in Saudi is looking for a Spare Parts Manager.
The Role: Incumbent would be responsible for managing the entire spare parts operations for the company within Saudi. Key accountabilities will include to forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them, work with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs, direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees. Candidate would also be responsible to create reports and dashboards for the senior management. He/ She would need to have a strong expertise in the managing warehouse and logistics operations.
Must Have: Minimum 6 Years of Main Dealer experience. Strong understanding or certification of Lean Six Sigma / Kaizan would be a great advantage. Need someone with good team management experience and creating KPI’s for the team.
