Our Client: A reputed real estate developer based in KSA speacilising in High End residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Your Role: You will be responsible for Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible. Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team. Working individually as well as a team leader. Connecting with VIP clients. Managing and implementing the lead generation process. Setting and achieving individual and team sales target for the region.
Must Have: You must be a great negotiator, numerically and commercially agile, high analytic skills, demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationships. Be dynamic, innovative, and driven. 5 to 8 years mix of key account customer, trade marketing and organizational development experience of which at least 5 years should be in managing the key account customers. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence based on data and facts.
