Our client: An international organization in the consumer goods arena is looking for a Marketing Head based in Dubai who would work across diverse geography ranging from the Middle East to Russia.
You would develop and execute the marketing strategy, build, enhance brand equity. Identify key growth drivers in white space markets. Devising and implementing category plans with the help of your team you would ensure that the plans are grounded in market dynamics. Along with owning the Media agenda, you would look aggressively look at NPD linking them to the overall brands and business strat plan. Portfolio management and new product launches
The role needs a marketing guru who has preferably had a stint in sales has worked across the 4 Ps with significant success. Preference for candidates who have fluency in Arabic, have done work in white space markets, have interesting stories to tell on creating sustainable growth.
