|Job Description||Our Client: One of the leading names in the luxury retail segment is looking to get on board competent Category Managers for their various divisions in Saudi Arabia.|
Your Role: Reporting directly into the GM, the Category Managers will drive the category growth strategy in the KSA market by developing a focused strategy on "what to buy” "where to play" and "how to play". Based on shopper insights and market realities you will lead the agenda on acquiring the right product assortment, engage globally to acquire the latest trends in skincare / organic foods / cosmetics / connected health platforms for nutrition and supplements. Carrying your team you will lead the agenda for expansion across the kingdom and developing a niche market space and a strong customer base. The expansion will soon be across geographies as well.
The employer encourages entrepreneurial, independent style of working and hence, we are looking for top caliber talent who would be able to carry the category on their shoulder with minimum supervision.
Must Have: Ambitious and commercially driven professional with relevant experience and exposure in stated categories with at least 5 years of minimum exp. with proven success of driving categories/brands.
