Our client: A leading local FMCG company.
Key Responsibilities: You would be responsible for designing and deploying the including GTM model, Trade term & condition, customer network building etc. Establish long and short term goals to build on the market share and profitability, work closely with the shopper marketing to optimize category plans and better understand consumer needs. Other than the functional competencies you would acquire in your stints as a Modern Trade / traditional trade expert, trade marketing expert, category management and sales capability ...you need to be a Strategic thinker who has a drive for results, Above average in understanding P&L proficiency, cash flow, balance sheet and very strong influencing skills which will be put to the test.
