Job Description Our Client; One of our leading multinational client is looking out for a Regional Brand Manager-MEA to be based in Dubai.

Your Role: The incumbent will be accountable for embedding within his/her market, world class Brand Management that drives net revenue per value share. Will support in driving the Brand equity building at the point of purchase in the market. Consumer engagement especially in the Northern Emirates retail trade. Supporting the distributor teams with planning and execution at the POP. Developing activation at the point of purchase. The person will be working closely with the consumer marketing team. What will make the candidate stand out is the ability to manage distributors at any given time, as will be the comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the sales team.

Must Have: The candidate needs to come from a good company (beverage or a good FMCG) and good education credentials. Should have experience in trade marketing, customer marketing execution. Should have either emerging market experience – either in India, Asia or Africa clusters. Should be mobile & willing to travel. Should have been responsible for a large country or multiple small countries.
