Your Role: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll work in partnership with your customers to build strategic plans within your territory to achieve goals. Your main objectives will be to develop profitable market share and increase the availability & appeal of our brands for consumers. Relationships here are key and you'll enjoy proactively managing existing relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities in your area. You will be managing, training, developing a team of Sales Development Executives. Lead the field team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement and driving Return on Investment. Asses the Sales & Distribution System on regular basis with liaise with fleet maintenance to ensure the best allocation/utilization of the fleet in order to optimize product stock rotation.
Must Have: 5+ years of experience in a quality FMCG with experience in direct distribution and traditional trade. An ability to motivate, mentor and monitor the sales team. Excellent Sales Skills with a Demonstrated track record of Sales achievements. Financial Acumen and Numerical ability should be very strong.
