Our Client: Our client is a leading FMCG company in the region.
Your Role: Heading the modern trade business and working more on a strategic level with the accounts in creating value for both parties, joint business planning, setting a clear performance expectation of achieving value and volume growth, negotiating trade terms, contracts, working in close collaboration with the marketing teams to put plans in place for new launches, design, develop and deploy the channel initiatives. Your key agenda would be to design and drive the blueprint of Modern trade channel for the country. Develop positive long term sustainable relationships with key management levels to support account growth and retention. Oversee the Area Managers for excellence in merchandising and execution of business plans. You would carry the P&L responsibility for the channel.
Must Have: You should be a driven , tenacious individual who has a proven track record in the consumer goods or the food industry. Effective communicator you should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Skilled in strategizing and priortising the business needs . Graduate + preferably an MBA. Arabic speaking candidates will only be considered for this role.
