Your role: Our client a company growing at a rapid pace by continuously evolving their "thought'. "strategy" and their way of engaging with internal and external stakeholders. They are looking for a mature CFO to join their senior leadership team and support the Managing Director for the journey ahead. Since the market down turns the role of the CFO has evolved beyond the traditional boundaries of the Finance department and our client seeks the same track record for the future incumbent . You would function as the head of the department, your responsibilities would be expanded and elevated to be able to contribute significantly to the growth strategy , ability to play a pivotal role in creating profitable growth and impacting revenue. Working in close connect with the MD you need to able to operate at two levels...high strategic levels and a business partner to the board and ability to roll up your sleeves and fix operational issues and optimize the current system.
Must Have : 15+ Years of experience, specially 5 years in leadership role. The finance department supporting this medium size business enterprise is substantial , there is a growth plan in place and it is in the implementation phase. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be a major advantage .
