Our Client: A leading healthcare solution partner for internationally mobile individuals worldwide.
Your Role: To support Senior Managers by offering efficient and responsive administrative & legal duties. Organize management’s travels and itineraries. Diary management and minutes of meetings. Manage correspondence and reports.
Work closely with the compliance officer and prepare all the forms related to compliance. Manage company’s portal related to compliance, licenses and legal entity.
Legal task would include treatment of documents and communication in connection with a case. Classify and archive documentation; monitor and execute administrative and legal formalities. Follow up new legislation and local law change.
Must Have: Bachelor of Law or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, French and Arabic. Well-developed time management skills and strong organizational skills. Demonstrate professional discretion and confidentiality. Attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to multi-task and work under flexibility and pressure. Confident and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision. Computer literacy.
