Your Role: Main role will be to provide all the group stakeholders with admin and HR support by developing Administration & Human Resource departments through providing best in class services and support. Key responsibilities include organizing the department and building capable and effective organization that is able to deliver the set tasks and objectives by implementing and developing Human Resource Management policies and procedures. Responsible for overlooking the overseas recruitment, managing the client/labor relations and operations, government relations etc. Overlook the recruitment and development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Must Have: 8+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administration with relevant Bachelors Degree in HR/Business Admin or equivalent. Experience in recruitment processes, government relations and administrative activities is a must. Sound knowledge of the Saudi Labour Laws. Good presentation and analytical skills. Saudi Nationals would be highly preferred.
