Our Client:

A very renowned name in FMCG space is looking for a seasoned IT Professional who can re write the rules, challenge the status quo, and work seamlessly with other functions to provide vision & leadership to their Information Technology initiatives.

Your Role:

This is a high profile appointment for a veteran and accomplished IT Director who will drive optimal business engagement at the strategic level to both shape and stimulate the demand for commercially aligned well established IT services of the company.

You will define the operating framework, policies & quality standards of the IT department, set departmental objectives & budgets and be responsible for their achievement and look after the workforce requirements in IT. The incumbent will not only develop IT policies & procedures but ensure the effective communication & implementation of IT strategies. You will work in partnership with both IT & strategic-level business leadership teams, to define scope and deliver an effective IT demand management function embracing all strategic IT plans and projects. While overseeing IT infrastructure enhancement you will also review and approve business blue print processes for possible reengineering or enhancement to optimize the utilization of ERP modules and ensure IT security, risk management & planning.

Must Haves:

You will have 10+ years of experience of leading enhanced business engagement and building relationships with a demanding and diverse stakeholder community. This will likely have been built upon meaningful previous IT leadership experience.

Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with natural authority will support you in building buy-in, challenging perceptions and stimulating demand.

Significant IT systems leadership, business process mapping and relationship management skills are critical to success in this role.
