Our Client:

We are currently working on two mandates in different industry segments but having commonality in terms of their need and their current growth spurt. Both clients are established internationally known names. They are in the mode wherein senior leaders need deep, effective partnership. The ability to push back and influence is critical.

Your Role:

A business partner who has impacted a growing organization. You would juggle between strategy and execution. Responsible for delivering functional people programs and initiatives to build a High-Performance Organization, Provide guidance and leadership to the business on interpreting and delivering people aspects of functional programs. Ope rationalize strategic HR initiatives/programs and execute usually at multiple sites. Implements effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructuring. Leads key HR processes to support talent agenda: talent review and succession planning, career management and development. This is a true Business Partnering role and an ideal opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment that will give you ownership and exposure.

High preference for candidates who have experience in managing Africa markets.

Must Haves:

12+ years of work experience in matrix organizations. Ability to present a coherent vision for culture and people operations and communicate this to all levels of the organization, therefore, outstanding communication skills are crucial. You will have outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills and a good understanding of the challenges presented by working within a high growth company. Experience in the following industries would be a major advantage: ...consumer-centric industries and tech-driven organizations.

Arabic & English are must.
