Our Client: A reputed real estate developer based in KSA specializing in High End residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Your Role: As General Manager you've arguably got one of the most glamorous, yet responsible roles in the hotel. To a certain extent you've to be a figurehead, motivating your managers and charming the guests – but when the schmoozing stops it's down to you to make sure the business is profitable. Motivating a large hotel team to deliver service standards. Driving a sales and marketing strategy. Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets, Networking at dinners and functions.Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team to make sure business is coming in at the right price.
Must Have: You must be an excellent leader, commercially agile, high analytic skills, demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationships. Be dynamic, innovative, and driven. You must have 13+ years of experience in hotel management and at least the last 2 years as hotel GM. At least some experience with International Hotel Chains. Saudi experience is MUST. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence based on data and facts.
