Our client: A large player in the food & beverage segment is looking for an IT Security Manager to establish cyber, infrastructure, applications and manufacturing sites with experience working in the food manufacturing business. The IT Security Manager is responsible for designing and implementation of a robust IT security framework and policies for the business; Lead the IT Audit, Assurance, Risk Management & Cyber resilience for the organization. Work towards building a holistic culture of Information Security across an organisation aimed at identifying and reacting promptly and effectively to incidents.
Your Role: Create the IT security framework, policy & guidelines for the business as applicable to the regulatory guidelines; Discuss, validate, and plug BU specific cybersecurity policies into the overall cybersecurity guidelines. Contribute to overall IT strategy and roadmap formulation by evaluating ideas and providing inputs from cybersecurity/ risk perspective. Monitor processes for violations of relevant security policies and assesses technical vulnerabilities; Ensure documentation of security records. Lead corporate threat intelligence processes, Assess and validate information from several sources on current and potential Cyber and Information Security threats to the business, Analyse trends and highlighting Information Security issues relevant to the organisation
Must Haves: 8 years functional experience out of which 2 years should be in an equivalent Middle Management position. Previous experience in technical IT roles such as IT architecture. Should possess experience of Information Security program management across IT domains
