Our client: A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company.
Your Role: You will set the strategic direction and marketing plan for products within the specified product portfolio and ensure all objectives are met within budget. You will develop effective brand marketing strategy and be involved in the planning & execution of branding & promotional activities to drive brand awareness, enhance brand equity and ultimately achieve revenue goal. You will work with internal teams and external vendors including market research companies to conduct consumer insight and market & competitor analysis, leveraging the results to determine consumer needs and identify gaps, where you would recommend appropriate strategy and tactical campaigns to optimize results.
Must Haves: A degree in life sciences or marketing with 7+ years of experience of managing a pharmaceutical product with a proven track record Ideally you should be able to demonstrate exceptional sales success across portfolio. Competencies specific to the role ;Strategic thinking, Leadership and coaching skills, Excellent presentation skills, Attention to detail, Influencing and negotiating, High level of communication skills. Arabic speaking candidates will only be considered for the role.
