Your Role: As a Sales manager reporting into the Sales Director of the country, the incumbent would be responsible to facilitate the execution of the trade marketing strategy, deliver direction and support the shopper marketing team to lead and drive the business objectives.
As a field sales manager the incumbent would be responsible to develop and manage the strategy together with the trade marketing team and marketing team. As a key accounts manager, this position would be responsible for growing the Modern trade business steering the key accounts to achieve agreed sales targets, shelf off take and market share.
Must Have: Graduate with preferably an MBA...8- 10+_years of experience in Sales . At least 2 years as a trade marketing manager, 2 years as a field sales manager and 2 years in key account management. With analytical mindset you should be able to work on both planes of strategy and execution. Should have had a stable career and growth within the organizations that you have worked in .
