Must Have: 1-2 years of experience in managing HR/Administration duties including recruitment, onboarding experience, exit management etc. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources. Good interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Aptitude in MS Office. Knowledge of Human Resource fundamentals is a must. UAE experience in a good MNC is preferable.
