|Job Description||Our Client: A multinational looking at strengthening their market position, they are looking to get on board a Head of Sales B2B for food service & QSR channel who will be based in UAE managing the MENA region.|
Your Role: Develop and execute strategic Regional Customer plans and activities aligned with company's purpose driven Strategy and Long Term and Operating plan goals that will drive global business growth.
You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities with existing accounts by analyzing regional sales data, minimizing order losses and identifying cross-selling and up selling opportunities. In addition you will identify and develop profitable business with new accounts in order to increase market share within the region. Our client thrives on their business values and ethics and that's what is expected out of you as leader to drive within the team.
Must Haves: You must bring a real passion with excellent selling skills, and a proven ability to regularly exceed sales targets in your career to date. You will need to be a strong communicator at all levels with a flexible approach that demonstrates your ability to develop relationships with clients of different cultures and with different needs. Furthermore, you will have the ability to work just as easily on your own or as part of a mobile team, freely sharing your skills and knowledge. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the HORECA channel having a healthy track record of account management and new account winning.
