Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading Manufacturing and distributor company in the FMCG space in UAE.

Your Role:

Representing one of the top market leading food and beverages providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business and managing a portfolio of key accounts along with high margin products to drive profitability and growth. Targeting hotels, restaurants, café, hypermarkets and supermarkets across UAE territory, you will be responsible for all commercial activities of Modern trade and HORECA channels ensuring it maximizes all opportunities for profit and Volume generation. Sourcing the majority of your own leads with additional support from a team of 5 reportees, you'll typically deal with marketing, sales and customer service management. You will be responsible for Customer meetings for agreements negotiations, reviews and marketing calendars and also for liaisoning with Business Units on New products, marketing and execution plans. You would function as the head of the department and would play a pivotal role in creating profitable growth and impacting revenue. Reporting to the MD you need to able to operate at two levels...high strategic levels and a business partner to the board and ability to roll up your sleeves and drive changes to be more efficient and effective in the market.

Must Haves:

  • Experience in sales, marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
