Our client: An international player in the food & beverage segment is looking at strengthening their market position, they are looking to get on board a seasoned well rounded professional with extensive experience and knowledge in the foodservice sector.
Your Role: Armed with a wealth of experience and deep networks in the HORECA segment focusing specifically on the UAE and KSA markets you would be responsible for the value creation and an increase in market share. Develop and execute strategic regional customer plans and activities aligned with a company's purpose-driven strategy and long-term operating plan, goals that will drive business growth. You will develop sales opportunities with existing accounts by analyzing regional sales data, minimizing order losses and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. In addition, you will identify and develop a profitable business with new accounts to increase market share within the region. You would carry the P&L responsibility, own the agenda for people development and business expansion. Key focus areas would develop the following regional/international chains ... Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Cafeteria, QSRs and Bakery
