||The passionate, ambitious team and ever buzzing Mindfield office is looking to recruit their most important support function - Front Office and Team Support Assistant! You will be our in-house client/candidate ambassador, representing and driving our culture and values in each interaction.|
The Front Office and Team Support Assistant will primarily be based on the reception desk - but responsibilities won't be limited to managing phone lines and walking in candidates, you will be actively involved in data and research management, interview arrangement, resource planning etc. being the backbone of the recruitment consultants. You will liaise with professionals from all backgrounds and levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
In this exciting role each day presents a new challenge, you’ll be acting as front office assistant one moment, before managing resource and personnel the next. As such, the successful candidate will be adaptable, someone who embraces change as much as they thrive when interacting with people.
We would be seeking prior experience of working in a customer service or data management role
A positive 'can do’ approach with a high level of enthusiasm for personal contribution
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and respond effectively and quickly to current needs, displaying a personal sense of urgency
Proactive and willing to get involved in new activities
A confident and articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail and a solution seeker!
Excellent organisation and work management skills, combined with accuracy and attention to detail - pro-actively keeps track of what needs to happen and works to deadlines
A graduate with, knowledge of IT packages including Office 365, Excel will be essential
