Our Client: On behalf of our client, an expert in Automotive commercial operations are rapidly expanding their HR Team and they are looking to hire dynamic Saudi talents (Ladies preferred) to fill their Organization Development Supervisor position.
Your Role: The role would be participating in salary and benefits survey, preparing analysis and recommending pay-line through salary bench-marking. Assist in the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process, employee on-boarding, promote programs that add value to the team. Ensure compliance with labor regulations are met. Ensure that the payroll is processes in timely and accurate manner.
Must Have: Bachelors Degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in managing company-wide policy programs with evidence of increased engagement. Strong communicator in order to build strong relationships across the business. Experience in multiple HR function areas is not essential but would be valued. Strong leadership and analytical skills are a necessity. Saudi Female candidates would be highly preferred for this role.
