Your Role:

You will design, plan and implement innovative human resource strategies to streamline the factory operations. The whole gamut of HR responsibilities including administering Corporate Policies, handling a large workforce including both blue & white collars, Compensation & Benefits, talent management, on boarding, employee relations, training, day to day HR operations, performance management, collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes and health and safety programs would form the key responsibility areas for this position. You will ensure the project/department goals are met adhering to the approved budgets and timelines. The position would have dual reporting to the Business Head based in the Kingdom and the Chief Human Resource Officer based outside of Saudi Arabia.
