Our Client: A leading FMCG player in the GCC.
Your Role: A post Covid world will require an ace strategist, above-average operational skills, top levels of EQ and agility in all shapes and forms. Our client has manufacturing & operations facilities and this role would have to partner the CEO in creating a future-fit organization, managing a 800 + employee strength you would need to have prior experience in managing large workforces. Businesses today do realize the importance of making human resources an integral part of the strategy development team. Looking for a professional who can drive fundamental changes, establish a culture of high performance and accountability, re-energize and focus an employee pool and work more proactively than being reactive to business needs.
Must Have: The job needs an incumbent from the HR arena who understands ROI of the HR function on the business, has created a positive impact on the same, has been a part of the strategy development team, ensured that human capital agenda had a stake in the same, took prudent risks and created a master plan by which the organization remains not only agile but deeply engaged.
