Job Description

Our Client: One of the leading insurance brokers in the UAE.


Your Role: Receive enquiry from the client with required information and documents and updating the information in software. Ability to generate the broking slip and send the same to insurance companies for receiving quotation from them. Preparing quotation on the basis of Insurance company quotation and provide recommendation to client in fair manner. Follow up and take acceptance on quotation and prepare Cover Note in software. Send all the documents required by the Insurance company to issue policy documents. Follow up for getting policy in timely manner as per the Turnaround time defined by the Insurance company. Ensure policy is delivered to client in timely manner as per the promise made.


Must Have:
Bachelors Degree with 2-3 years relevant experience. TPA/Medical Insurance company background is a must. Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail. Ability to use initiative and work in a team. Numerical skills. Assertive and ability to work calmly under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and fluency in English is a must.
