Our client a very Renowned name in Automotive space is looking for an outstanding General Manager-Aftersales who has fantastic relationship building skills with his team and customers.

You will come armed with extensive experience in running a Service/Aftersales department of an Automotive business with minimum 5-6 Service showrooms under your kitty. You will be responsible for Complete P&L of Aftersales business and manage and control WIP, warranty and debtors as well as managing the parts support process and ensuring Aftersales standards and manufacturer relationships are maintained. You will be in charge of a large team, and need to be a dynamic hands-on individual with Growth mindset. You must be able to command respect, trust and set the pace for the team, finding positive ways to achieve business results. You must be able to solve problems and identify solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for your own decisions and actions. You will be able to demonstrate a progressive career to date and have a good understanding of KPIs, modern motivational techniques and ideally have a strong Customer Service background. Must Haves:

§ A Bachelors or Master's Degree in any field.

§ Minimum 10+ years of experience in Automotive out of which at least 7+ years should be in Aftersales/Service.

§ For this role company is specifically looking for a Western Expat

§ A track record of growing the business, handling large teams, Can Do attitude and enthusiasm to handle duties beyond their scope if required.

§ Fluency in English is must
