Our Client: A renowned brand in the industrial equipment industry is hiring for a Sales Manager for Dammam region.
Your Role: Reporting to the CEO and GM, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy for the region, including pitching, proposals and expanding client base in respective geographies. Assist in setting area sales targets for the team and monitor the progress. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products, plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with local partner. Proactively identify challenges in the market to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
5-10 years selling capital equipment preferably selling overhead cranes.
Candidate must have the record of generating and achieving a good volume of Sales Target in his current & past assignment
Good analytical/problem solving and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge about the overhead industrial cranes market and competitors across KSA.
Experience in Key Account Management.
Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic
The positions requires travelling.
