Our Client: A leading multinational in consumer industry an excellent company to work for with a strong reputation.
Your Role: To closely collaborate with all departments and develop, lead and execute the business's S&OP strategy through leading management reviews, collaboration, management reporting, demand/supply planning, forecasting and sharing best practices. Prepare all data and metrics. Identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented. Guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs .Prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate. Create minutes, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions. Continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections and critical meetings such as Demand
Must Have: We are looking for someone who is extremely commercial with a proven track record in forecasting, planning and customer management. Must be currently working with global brands in consumer industry with overall 8+ years of relevant Supply Chain and Customer Service experience.
