The associate treasurer will:

  • manage the bank’s daily liquidity management
  • investments and derivatives
  • capital market activities
  • assess the impact of business decisions
  • develop potential strategies
  • understand regulatory and bank policy limits
  • employee development

Qualified candidates will have:

  • a CFA designation or a masters degree in business administration, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • eight years experience in fixed income portfolio management or trading
  • experience in the following areas
    • short-term money markets
    • treasury
    • agency
    • mortgage-backed securities and/or interest rate derivatives
  • five to seven years of relevant management experience
  • expert knowledge with the markets
  • an understanding of finance, economics, accounting, investment, and banking principles and practices

Annual compensation for this position is estimated $189,600 to $208,560 depending on experience, and there is a potential incentive. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, short and long-term disability, and a 401k with up to a 6% match. Relocation costs are covered.
