Your Role: As a Plant HR Manager, you will be leading the HR strategies & Operations for the plant. You will provide counsel to Senior Plant Staff and operate as a Center of Excellence for all employees on all Human Resources, Safety and Environmental matters and supporting HR functions. The Plant HR Manager will provide a comprehensive strategic safety program for the manufacturing site and ensure compliance with internal and external legislative and policy requirements. Provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives to include talent management, employee development and employee engagement
Must Have: You should have a minimum 10 years of Strong HR experience preferably in oil and gas / manufacturing areas. Ability to interface effectively and tactfully with employees, various levels of management, as well as external customers and service providers.
