Your Role: The position is based in Dubai and requires the incumbent to carry at least 3+ years of experience in managing key accounts. You should be an astute professional who has not only had tactical experience in managing key accounts but has played a key role in evolving key account strategy ,developing a framework ,cascading the same , identifying business opportunities to benefit both client and retailer. Lead the key account negotiation, draw upon the global best practice pool of the organization, makes recommendations relevant to market needs; own the ROI on the spend. Work cross functionally to not only deliver on the business plans but also impart ensure that you are close to the retail reality of the market.
Must Have: You must be a great negotiator, numerically and commercially agile, high analytic skills, demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationships. Be dynamic, innovative, and driven. A university graduate with atleast 3+ years of sales experience within an FMCG environment. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence based on data and facts. Arabic Speaking candidates will only be considered for this role
