Your Role: You will provide the Plant with outstanding HR business partnering, expertise, and delivery whilst driving HR operational excellence, strategy, and projects. Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the Plant’s activities, strategies, and plans. Coach and advise line managers on performance management needs day-to-day. Lead, coach, and manage a site HR team to deliver the site agenda. Talent Management and Succession Planning, developing and delivering line management training programmes in people management skills.
Must Have: CIPD Qualified with minimum of 8 years experience in FMCG manufacturing set up. Strong understanding and experience of application of generic HR policies, procedures and practice. Strong planning and time management skills - able to balance priorities in a dynamic environment. Arabic speaking candidates will only be considered for the role.
