Your Role: This is one role that faces maximum retrenchment when the bottom line gets impacted. Our client is placing this front and centre of the organization's overall strategy. A key pillar and enabler for future growth. Succinctly put your key agenda is to embed learning as a part of the organization's culture going forward. You would enhance the profile of the centre of excellence, working on a strategy to buy, build or borrow tools/technology to address gaps. Ensure that it aligns overall plans to the business needs and transcend into the DNA of the company. While you own the strategy and deployment would be through business partners, you would lead the development agenda for a significant number of leadership team members. Cascade a meritocratic, values-driven performance culture across the different business units working closely with senior leadership. The business need is to have a Strategic leader who creates the ROI on the function and understands the impact of the same.
