Job Description Our client: is offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly competent sales professional to join their team. With a global presence and a reputable brand name, an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Regional Market Development Manager has arisen to join a FMCG market leader.

Your role: You would work closely with the distributors, enhancing distributor capability, take proactive action in consolidating distributors or doing the due diligence for new partnerships. Channel Strategy and Territory Management to achieve the business plan. Developing volume sales for the specified products. Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products, Streamlining and strengthening the distribution network. Developing effective systems/mechanism to monitor market and performance of sales. Analyzing, developing and executing distinctive programs to yield measurable results across the modern trade sector.

What on your resume will make me sit up and take note...
If you have a potent mix of distributor management + trade marketing, If you have multiple country experience (Levant) If your resume reflects a demonstrated track record in appointing or merging distributors / putting in in-store solutions which have reflected in positive "retailer behaviour " and have been able to do tactical optimization.

Candidate Profile: Graduate + MBA preferably. Experience in Lebanon/ Jordan / Syria is critical. At least 8+ years of sales / category management / trade marketing. Strong commercial acumen as this is not just another sales job it requires high levels of strategic initiative and accountability.
