Our client : We are hiring for a focused Talent Acquisition professional who can manage the talent and the organizational development agenda for company in the automotive space.
Your role : To get the ball rolling we need a thought manager who can look at the big picture and at the same time role up his sleeve to ensure the department is aligned to the business needs. You would play a vital role in the building the talent pipeline across the region whilst working wit agencies, design, development, and implementation of key human resources development initiatives. This role will take the lead in ensuring a successful Talent Acquisition process is implemented & applied for the region and is in line with the regional strategic recruitment strategy.
