Our client: A regional food company is looking for a sales professional from the FMCG industry to manage the distributors in lower gulf.
Your Role: You would come with an enviable track record extensive in direct sales, managing distributors, customer marketing, handling high profile negotiation with key accounts, increasing distribution , market share and building internal capability to meet the growth in the market. Managing and aligning distributors,developing and executing the business plan,having ownership of the budget and carrying the P&L responsibility.Strong holistic sales profile from the consumer goods sector you should be a keen strategist who can partner the leadership team on developing, tweaking and executing the game plans for Lower gulf .Good commercial sense is needed to be able to deliver on this role as this position is a bench for the more senior roles that will come with this international organziation who is on path to increasing their already established presence significantly.
Must Haves: You'll have a considerable 4+ years of experience in Sales Management with Reputed FMCG company. Should be an expert in managing all channels and currently handling the top retail customers and managing distribution team. Key attributes; self-driven and self-starter, high level integrity and drive for results.
