Our Client: A very renowned Automotive company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a General Manager who comes armed with strong Aftersales experience and has managed multiple service centres.
The incumbent would help the company expand its aftersales business across the Kingdom. You would have exemplary business development skills and strong network with automotive businesses. You would ensure the P&L targets are met, best-in-class customer experience, standardising processes across the board, hiring of teams, ensuring the right HR policies and organization design are in place to ensure a culture based on performance and sustainable growth. You would need to identify gaps in the market, add services that add to the bottom line, ensure optimisation of space and resources to the fullest. You would carry the P&L for the business, fill the gaps in operational efficiency and have a cross-functional team under you.
We are looking for a professional from the automotive/ automotive accessories space with a deep understanding of setting up retail chains within the gas station's space. That entails the opening of major quick service centres across the kingdom which would provide the tyre lubricant change and other services. Only shortlisted candidates would be contacted with further information. Candidates with spoken Arabic would be highly preferred.
